I highly recommend Jamie. I had never done therapy before, and as such, was not sure what to expect. However, Jamie helped me more than I could have ever envisioned. Sean is honestly one of the BEST! I have worked with many prescribers for my mental health and he is by far the best one I have worked with. He is easy going and I talked with him alot and vented. He was always listening and always gave his opinions when needed. He really understands medications and I never felt like medication was the only answer and that they were ever being pushed on me. When I first met with Sean he looked at all the medications I was being prescribed and he adjusted my medications to what we only felt I needed and I have never felt better. I've been seeing Antanien for a year now, which is the longest I've seen any one therapist at a time, and is a testament to the quality of her care in itself. I've made so much progress since this time last year, and I appreciate that the practice allowed me to do a brief consultation with Antanien before starting sessions with her. Lee is excellent in his use of acceptance and commitment therapy. Lee is thoughtful and nuanced in his approach, able to delicately guide me in exploring difficult emotions and thought patterns.
